Cleaning appointments are limited to our hygienist's schedule and fill quickly — please book early.
If a 3D CBCT scan is clinically indicated during your visit, we will take it at no additional charge in October — we do not take one routinely. Children are welcome at the same prices; a child's visit includes an age-appropriate exam, X-rays, a child cleaning and fluoride.
Please read this before booking the cleaning option. A basic cleaning is appropriate only for patients with healthy gums. If your examination shows gum disease, the care you need is periodontal scaling and root planing, which is not part of this offer and costs $336 per quadrant. We will show you what we find and give you a written estimate before starting any additional treatment, and you are free to decline. This offer cannot be applied toward the cost of periodontal treatment or used as a credit against it. Fillings, crowns, extractions, sealants and all other treatment are not included.
These are self-pay prices for patients without dental insurance. If you have dental insurance we will file your benefits instead, and your cost will depend on your plan — call us and we will tell you what to expect before your visit.

Ashar Dentistry — General Dentistry
Most dental plans run on a calendar year. Anything you have not used by December 31 — your annual maximum, and often a deductible you have already paid — does not carry over. If you have been putting off treatment we have already talked about, the end of the year is the least expensive time to take care of it.
Call us and we will check what your plan still has available this year and tell you what to expect before you come in. Your remaining benefits, deductible and out-of-pocket cost depend on your individual plan.
A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve an appointment. Your card is stored securely and encrypted, and nothing is charged when you book.
Reserving an appointment holds a doctor, a treatment room and a clinical assistant for you alone. Advance notice lets us offer that time to another patient who needs care — often someone in pain.
We know emergencies happen. If something unavoidable comes up, call us at (972) 838-7009 as soon as you can and we will work with you — the fee may be waived at the doctor's discretion.
